Being a youth in Covid times isn’t easy
With Covid-19 keeping us separated physically from our friends, supports and loved ones, we are definitely feeling it mentally. During these strange and tricky times it is more important than ever that we take care of ourselves.
We have put together a few resources that we have found from other youth-focused organizations and wanted to share them with all of you.
If you or someone you know is in crisis, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency department. You can also connect with:

- in the USA – Crisis Text Line, text HOME to 741741
This article created by jack.org puts together some suggestions on how we can look out for both our mental and physical health as we navigate these hard times. Check out the article here.
Knowing how to reach out for support is important. Sometimes we may think our problems aren’t big enough or worth asking for help, but that’s not true. This article shows you how easy it is to get the support you need.
Now that you know that no problem is too big or too small to ask for help, the people at mindyourmind.ca have compiled a huge list of options for both Canadian and American youth to use to find support. Whether you are in crisis or need someone to talk to, please see their list of options here.
