WELCOME TO THE MUSKOKAS!
Tim Horton Memorial Camp is the Foundation’s very first camp.
Opened in 1975 to honour and remember the great hockey player, Tim Horton, the camp is nestled in the woods alongside Lorimer Lake. The beautiful waterfront is always busy with campers swimming, canoeing and kayaking.
The low and high challenge courses are available for campers to test out their teamwork skills and then get a thrill going down the zipline. The camp’s Recreation Centre is a great space for indoor games and activities when the weather isn’t on our side. There is also a Creative Arts Centre for campers to explore their creative side!
As part of the YLP experience, campers take part in wilderness trips of varying length of days, depending on your level. Your trip will include hiking and/or canoeing with your cabin group and learning new skills or putting old ones to the test!
